About Membership Registration

You can purchase items from Darich without registering as a member, but you will not be eligible for benefits such as points, coupons, or member-exclusive services. To enjoy shopping at a discount, we recommend registering as a member.

You can register as a new member using your LINE account or by filling out the registration form.
New members will receive 1,000 points immediately. If you link your LINE ID from My Page after registering, you will receive an additional 500 points.
*If you registered with a LINE account, no additional ID linking is required.

Checking and Changing Member Information

You can check and change your registered member information, such as address and phone number, at any time from "Edit/Confirm Member Information" on My Page.
If you need to reset your password, you can receive a reset email from "Forgot Password" on the same page.

About Login

You can log in by entering your registered email address and password on the login page.
Customers who have linked their LINE ID or registered with a LINE account can also use easy login with their LINE account.

If you cannot log in, please double-check that your entered information is correct.
Please note that your registration information can be accessed from both smartphones and PCs.

About the Member Rank System

Darich has a member rank system based on your purchase amount.
Each rank offers different benefits and services. Member ranks are updated daily and determined based on purchase history from the past 365 days. You can find more details about ranks in the MEMBERS GUIDE.

About Birthday Points

On the 1st of your birth month, BD points are awarded to members of Silver rank or higher.
The number of points varies depending on your member rank.
Example: For customers born on March 14th, points will be awarded based on their rank as of March 1st.
You can check the awarded points in "Point History" on My Page or in the birthday email sent on the 1st of your birth month.

If You Wish to Withdraw

If you wish to withdraw, please contact us via CONTACT, stating your name, registered email address, and reason for withdrawal.

About Product Sizes

Detailed size information for each product is provided on the product page. Please check before purchasing.
Also, on our website and official app, we publish staff fitting images along with height and wearing size information to help you choose the right size.

About Product Images and Actual Product Colors

We strive to display product images with colors as close to the actual product as possible. However, due to factors such as your monitor settings and shooting environment, there may be slight differences in color between the actual product and the image. Thank you for your understanding.

If You Receive a Defective Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us via CONTACT within 7 days of product arrival.
If stock is available, we will arrange for an exchange. If not, we will issue a refund. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for different products. Thank you for your understanding.

About Product Repair

We offer repair services only for initial defects in purchased products.
If repair is not possible, we will issue a refund. If there is a product defect, please contact us via CONTACT.

About Hemming and Size Alterations

We apologize, but we do not offer customization services such as hemming or size alterations. Thank you for your understanding.

About Special Orders and Holds

The WEB STORE does not handle special orders or product holds.
However, product holds at physical stores are handled as follows:

For new products (within 1 week of release)

Holds are only possible on the day of your visit. *Holds by phone are not available.
*During events only, holds are possible for a maximum of 3 days.

For products other than new releases

Holds are possible for a maximum of 1 week, only if you visit the store.
*Telephone holds are not accepted for these items either.

About Product Availability in Your Cart

Items in your cart are not reserved.
Stock is secured only upon completion of payment, so please proceed to payment promptly for items you wish to purchase.
For a smoother process, we recommend registering as a member and logging in beforehand.

About Restock

We consider restocking currently out-of-stock items based on the number of restock requests from customers.
Please select your desired color and size, and then register a "Restock Request" from the product page.
You will receive an email notification when the requested item is restocked.

About Orders

Order Confirmation

You can check if your order has been successfully placed at any time from "Order History" on My Page.
If your order details are displayed, your order has been completed successfully, so please rest assured.

*Orders that cannot be confirmed in "Order History" have not been completed successfully due to an error. Please contact us via CONTACT so we can check the status.

Also, if you are using carrier payment, it may take up to 3 days for the reflection to appear.
During this time, it may show "Pending" or "Expired" on My Page, but please be assured that the payment has been completed without any issues. We will arrange for shipping as soon as payment is confirmed.

Email After Order Completion

Once your order is successfully completed, a "Order Confirmation Email (Automated)" will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or email reception settings.
Especially for customers using carrier emails (@docomo.ne.jp / @ezweb.ne.jp / @softbank.ne.jp etc.), please allow domain reception for info@darich.shop.

Changes and Cancellations After Order Completion

Due to system constraints, we cannot accept changes or cancellations to orders after they have been completed.
Please confirm the size, color, shipping address, etc., carefully before finalizing your order.

Consolidation of Multiple Orders

Due to system processing, we cannot consolidate and ship orders placed separately.
Each order will be delivered individually and shipping costs will be applied separately. Thank you for your understanding.

About Pre-order Item Purchases

You can purchase regular items and pre-order items simultaneously, but all items purchased in the same cart will be shipped together once all pre-order items are available. Please note that individual shipping of items within a simultaneous purchase is not possible.

About Gift Wrapping

For customers who wish to give gifts, we offer two types of paid wrapping.
If desired, please select and add to your cart on the checkout screen.

  • Gift Wrapping  … 800 yen (tax included)
  • Gift Box   … 2,000 yen (tax included)

*Both options include only the wrapping materials.
*Please note that staff cannot wrap items or remove tags.

Wrapping materials are also available at our direct stores. Please ask a staff member at the register if you wish to purchase them.

Ordering Wrapping Materials Only

We do not accept orders for wrapping materials (shopping bags, gift boxes, etc.) only.
Please order them along with products.

Handling of Receipts

The "purchase statement" included with your product will serve as your receipt.
Please note that separate receipts will not be issued.

Order Concentration

The site may become congested due to high access on new product release dates or during events.
In such cases, page loading and payment processing may take longer, so please allow ample time when using the site.

Handling of Oversold Orders (Out of Stock)

If the number of orders exceeds the planned stock, we will secure stock in order of the earliest order date.
As a result, orders for which stock could not be secured will be handled in one of the following ways:

1) Cancellation and refund of the relevant product

2) Delivery of the relevant product after re-production (Please note that some products may not be able to be re-produced, in which case a cancellation and refund will be issued.)

Please note that for re-produced products, there may be slight differences in color and specifications due to production circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

This is a secure and easy "post-payment" method that only requires your mobile number and email address.

How to Use

(1) Select "Post-payment (Convenience Store / Bank ATM)" as the payment method and enter your mobile number and email address.
(2) Enter the verification code sent via SMS and complete the purchase.
(3) The payment number will be sent via email and SMS the day after order confirmation.
(4) Pay at a convenience store or bank ATM within 10 days.

■atone Monthly Payment (Convenience Store/Bank Transfer)

atone is a convenient post-payment service that allows you to shop without a credit card and earn points.
Accumulated points can be used for atone purchases.

How to Use

(1) Select "atone Monthly Payment (Convenience Store/Bank Transfer)" as the payment method and enter your mobile number and password.
(2) Enter the verification code sent via SMS and complete the purchase.
(3) A billing notification will be sent via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.
(4) Make the payment by the due date.
*Membership registration is required for first-time users.

■Paidy Postpaid

This service allows you to make a lump-sum payment next month using only your email address and mobile phone number.
No prior registration or credit card is required, making it easy to use.

■PayPay

Payments can be easily completed from your smartphone app.

■Rakuten Pay

This service allows for easy and smooth payments using your Rakuten ID.
Rakuten points can also be used and earned.

■Carrier Billing

This payment method allows you to pay for purchases together with your mobile phone bill.
You can use Docomo, au, or SoftBank.

*It may take up to 3 days for the payment to be reflected in the system after completion.
Even if it shows "Pending" or "Expired," rest assured that the payment has been completed successfully. We will arrange for shipment after it is reflected.

Product Delivery Time

Regular Products

Orders placed and paid for by 12 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
On weekends, holidays, or during periods of high order volume (e.g., sales, after long holidays), shipping may take up to 3 business days.

Pre-order Products

Please check the estimated shipping time stated on each product page. Due to production circumstances, there may be slight delays or advancements. Thank you for your understanding.

About Date and Time Specification

We apologize, but we do not accept specific delivery dates or times.
You can use Sagawa Express's redelivery service using the tracking number provided in the "Shipping Completion Email" sent after shipping.

Shipping Precautions

About Consolidating Orders

We cannot consolidate and ship orders with different order numbers.
If you wish for a single shipment, please place all items in the same cart.

Simultaneous Purchase of Pre-order and Regular Products

If you order pre-order items and regular items together, they will be shipped simultaneously once the pre-order items arrive.

If you wish to receive regular items sooner, separate shipment is possible, but **additional shipping fees (cash on delivery)** will apply.
*Even customers eligible for free shipping will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Therefore, we recommend placing separate orders for regular items and pre-order items.

Checking Shipping Status

After shipping is complete, we will send you a tracking number in a "Shipping Completion Email."
You can check the status using Sagawa Express's tracking system.

About Changing Delivery Address

If you wish to change your delivery address after completing your order, please contact us via CONTACT.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Desired delivery address information

*If your order has already entered the shipping preparation stage, changes may not be accepted. After the product has been shipped, please consult Sagawa Express based on the tracking number.

Handling of Absence During Delivery

If you are not available to receive your delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.
Please contact the number provided on the notice to reschedule your delivery.

*If you do not pick up your package for an extended period, it will be returned to us. We will contact you via email upon its return, so please be sure to reply within the deadline.

About Incorrect Delivery

In the unlikely event that an incorrect product is delivered, we will exchange it for the correct product.

About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

About Order Cancellation and Content Changes

We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or quantity changes for customer reasons after an order has been confirmed. Please check the contents carefully before placing your order.

Handling of Defective Products or Incorrect Deliveries

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is defective or you receive a product different from your order, please contact us via CONTACT within 7 days of product arrival (including the arrival date). We will arrange for an exchange of the relevant product.
In such cases, the return shipping fee will be borne by our store.

<Cases where exchanges are not possible>

  • In the following cases, returns or exchanges will not be accepted even if the product is defective. Please be aware of this beforehand.
  • If the product tag (hangtag) has been removed or lost.
  • Minor issues such as sewing irregularities that do not hinder product use.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since product arrival.
  • Products that have been stained or damaged due to customer use.
  • Products with dirt or odors (tobacco, perfume, etc.) attached due to trying on.
  • Products that have been washed, repaired, or dry-cleaned.

About Product Acceptance

After delivery is completed, it is your responsibility to ensure you receive the product.
Even if the product is returned to our store due to your circumstances and inability to receive it, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience, as stated in the [Specified Commercial Transaction Law].

In the unlikely event that a product is returned due to customer circumstances such as long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, the following fees may be charged:

  • Round-trip shipping fees
  • Packaging material costs
  • Warehouse handling fees
  • Other damages and expenses incurred by our store

If a refund is issued, it will be the amount after deducting the above fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Response to Malicious Duplicate Orders

Customers who repeatedly place malicious duplicate orders will have their accounts deleted. After account deletion, the following services will not be available:

  • Use of member benefits and shop points
  • Inheritance of past order history and cumulative purchase amount

About Product Images and Actual Product Colors

Product images may appear different in color and texture from the actual product due to terminal display settings, etc. Please note that returns due to differences in image perception will not be accepted.

About Cooling-off Period

About Points and Coupons

How to Earn Points

Points are added based on your purchase amount (excluding shipping and payment fees). The point redemption rate varies by member rank.

Member Rank Redemption Rate (Points)

  • NEW / SILVER / GOLD: 1 point for every 100 yen (= 1 yen equivalent)
  • PLATINUM: 2 points for every 100 yen (= 2 yen equivalent)
  • VIP: 3 points for every 100 yen (= 3 yen equivalent)
  • VVIP: 5 points for every 100 yen (= 5 yen equivalent)

We also offer special points such as the following:

  • Bonus points for new member registration
  • Birthday points (BD points) awarded in your birth month
  • Bonus points for LINE ID linking  and more

Point Grant Timing

  • WEB STORE purchases: Points are granted after product shipment.
  • In-store purchases: Points are granted after payment is completed.

1 point is equivalent to 1 yen and can be used in 1-point increments.
